To be considered into the Platinum Homes division, your property has to be marketed in excess of £350,000.

We will then organise a professional photographer to visit your home to take fantastic pictures so these can be displayed on all major property portals including Rightmove, Prime location, Property finder & Find a Property. Your home will also have a premium listing on Rightmove, standing out from the crowd and maximising exposure.

We will then have professional quality glossy brochures made of your property to be handed to prospective purchasers. Complementing this there will be a state of the art 3D interactive floor plan. This will be available on the brochure and online when people can change colours of rooms and furnishings, making the purchaser adapt their tastes to your home.

We will also display one of our prominent Platinum Homes for sale boards out side your property and will feature in our special local newspaper advertisements under the heading of Platinum Homes.
