Ashwood Estate Agents provides a full property and rental management service for its landlords and tenants.

Managing rental properties can be very stressful, time consuming, and feel like a full time job even for the most experienced of landlords.

There is a lot involved with letting your property. Ensuring your property is in a rental condition, dealing with mortgage lenders, rent collection, insurances, keys, inventories, and so the list goes on. We can take care of all of these and arrange for all legally required documents such as The Landlord's Gas Safety Certificate and Energy Performance Certificates to be completed on your property.

Once we have a tenant in your property, we will collect the rent each month and forward the agreed amount to you by bank transfer. We will also carry out an inspection every 3 months to ensure the property is being well maintained and well looked after. With our full management service, we will also deal with any issues that may arise during the tenancy, from faulty boilers to leaking roofs. The last thing you want is a call from a tenant at 3am complaining about a problem! Ashwood's 24hour management service can make sure the repairs are carried out quickly, efficiently, and most of all cost effective. We have built up a great relationship with our trusted contractors and are able to pass our discounts on to you.
