Property Sales

Ashwood Estate Agents are vastly experienced in the process of property sales. We understand the process from start to finish.

Right from the very beginning, the valuation of your property, we will keep you up to date with the process. We will do this by way of telephone calls, emails & traditional letters.

After the valuation process and you have instructed Ashwood to sell your property, you will need to order your Home Information Pack (this HIP can be ordered through us). Once we have the HIP ordered, we will arrange to photograph your home and take all the relevant details and measurements. When back at the office, your detail sheet will be designed, and a copy sent to you for your approval. On receiving your signed copy your property will be uploaded to all the high profile property websites we advertise on. Please see below for full advertising details.

We will then display your property details in our prominent branch windows and immediately contact all applicants within your category to send out your details via post & email, before then booking internal viewings. All of this process is carried out by our state of the art Estate Agency computer software.

When we book viewings on your property they will always be carried out by one of our property professionals. Accompanied viewings are something we offer as standard (unless you request otherwise), and you will always receive viewing feedback by the way of a telephone call and letter if requested.

Now to the best bit... when we receive an offer on your property, we will notify you straight away in writing and by phone. But not before we have all the relevant information on your purchaser such as mortgage details, broker details, solicitor details and so on. We always endeavour to have prospective purchasers sit down with our in-house independent financial advisor, but as you can appreciate, this is not always possible.

If the offer is accepted by you, we then take the next steps - collecting chain details (if any), informing both parties' solicitors and your purchaser's mortgage broker in writing.

We keep you informed every step of the way, from mortgage valuation to second viewings from your purchaser. All aspects of the sale you will know about - this is something Ashwood Estate Agents are passionate about - FEEDBACK!
